Do you have coat check?

Yes, we have a coat check located next to the box office during winter seasons. $5 cash.

Where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online leading up to the event, or at the box office until we reach capacity.

Is there a dress code?

There is no formal dress code for events at Soundcheck unless otherwise stated. Shoes, tops, and bottoms are required for entry at every event.

Please no steel-toed shoes and/or items of clothing that have “staff” or “security” clearly visible on them.

Where is nearby parking?

Garage or street parking is available around the venue.

What payment methods do you accept?

In an effort to further increase the speed of service, Soundcheck is a cashless venue. Please come prepared to complete purchases with a credit card or debit card.

Please note, cash is still accepted for tips & coat checks (winter season).

ATMs are available on-site.

Can I reserve table service?

Please email [email protected] for Table service information. Must be 21+ to reserve.

What ADA/Accessibility accomodations are available?

For any inquiries regarding medical concerns or ADA related services please contact our Relations team at [email protected] up to 24 hours prior to arrival and a member will contact you to discuss accommodations.

What is your COVID policy?

In accordance with local government guidelines, we do not require proof of vaccination or a negative test to attend events at Soundcheck.

What forms of ID do you accept?

We require valid government-issued photo identification, such as a passport, driver’s license, or state ID card, for entry. Photocopies or student IDs are not accepted. Your ID must be current and unexpired.

What items are prohibited?

  • Backpacks (large totes, large purses, duffle bags)
  • Weapons of ANY kind (including pepper spray)
  • Illegal Substances
  • Outside food or beverages
  • Skateboards, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles
  • Large Umbrellas (personal sized are okay)
  • Pets
  • Toys of any kind, including stuffed animals
  • Flow toys
  • Glowsticks
  • Glass or metal containers of any kind
  • Selfie sticks
  • Laser pointers
  • Flashlights
  • Tablets/laptops
  • Professional camera equipment (no detachable lenses, no tripods, big zooms, or commercial use rigs)
  • GoPros
  • Audio/video recording equipment (excluding mobile phones)
  • Drones or hover cameras
  • No illegal vending is permitted. No unauthorized/unlicensed vendors allowed.
  • Totems, hula-hoops or poi
  • CBD, THC, or cylindrical tobacco cartridges

What items are allowed?

  • Hats
  • Earplugs
  • Narcan
  • Phone charging case or phone charger
  • Small bags – Subject to search
  • Cigarettes, e-cigarettes and lighters
  • E-cigarette/Vape pen refill juice/liquid (must be sealed upon arrival)
  • Eye drops (must be sealed upon arrival)
  • Chapstick
  • We allow posters/flags with no handles attached to them (wood, metal, plastic, etc.)
  • All prescription medicine must be in the original container and will be double-checked by security. The medication must match the customer’s ID. It will be stored safely in the first-aid room for the duration of the show. The only exceptions are epipens, insulin, and inhalers.
